Regarding the decrease of rates.
During 6 Feb, we removed all ads for about 12 hours
and during that time we reduce the rates to up to $4 although there is no ads.
*In future, if there is a time something like this happen, I will also announce in this forum to avoid misunderstanding.

The rates has just been increased to up to $15 / 1K downloads.

I would like to explain what is going on lately about late payout.

We have issues with linkvertise, agencies have been reporting to us and also to linkvertise about child porn.
The issue with linkvertise is that when they received ONE REPORT on child porn, the full page api is disabled for my account.

Meaning users on uploadmall will not be able to access their download at all because linkvertise is down. It happened several times in these few months, that is why there are times where there are no ads or linkvertise just stop working.

I am in contact with the owner of linkvertise as uploadmall has a lot of traffic and is an important publisher to them. He still pays whatever it is owe to us even when full page api is disabled. I have already received all the money from linkvertise. However at the moment I am not able to use linkvertise because ONE stupid report from agency will cause our api to be disabled. I spoke to the owner that this is unfair and he is working with his team to only disable links that are reported but not the whole api.

Currently we are using Work.Ink as the owner will only disable links reported. The API will still work.
They pay well but tasks user have to do are not as user friendly because it involve installing chrome extension or mobile app. Linkvertise is more user friendly as user just have to click on taboola ads and no need to install anything. At the meantime, unless that is resolved. we can't use linkvertise.

The good thing about work.ink is we are able to raise pay rates but not so user friendly ads.
If we use back linkvertise in future, the rates will go down but more user friendly ads.

And because of all these issues I have to deal with, payout are delayed.
I am working to get all the payout sent asap. Please be patience. I am sorry for the delays but these issues are urgent and I have to deal with first.
 
just use other site that offers PPV, streaming service. this is a ppd site. ppd encourages users to download files. if you want your visitor to check the content first, just put a screenshots of the video and a download link.

Users will probably never install plugins and other things to download movies.

Admin, unfortunately, but before you can solve these problems, I suspect that new hosts will be created and most will leave uploadmall.

I do agree it is not user friendly and hard to get to download. I have no choice at this moment because I can't use linkvertise due to the high possibility of whole api being disabled due to one CSAM report.

I will raise rates if possible because the tasks are more difficult.
I am asking the owner of work.ink to see if it is possible to integrate easier tasks like taboola ads or watching videos or direct link ads which is more user friendly.

second , what is the most important thing to earn for pps?
of course downloads!
but my users and followers can not download.
when i first started to use your site i was having 1 to 1,5 dollars daily but now nobody download my files
i hardly get downloads..
so please make download option easier..
especially that link shorteners really suck!
if my followers can not download ,even you make tier 1 100$ ,it will be meaningless.

No more installation of programs or apps.
Rates are now $10 per 1K due to the kind of ads served (We are still monitoring this, rates might still change)
But you will get more downloads because more users is likely going to download now.
Payout will all be cleared within next few days. Again sorry for the delay.
