Why don't you just use BTN? It's fast, ratio-free and no hassle. BMTV is also good, but it's difficult to keep a ratio there when you're new.
 
That's why you should consider SCC :)

SCC has a few freeleech sections that can help maintaine the ratio if you somehow should have a bad ratio.

It doesn't take that long to unrar either.
At my computer it takes about an average from 5 to 15 seconds to unrar a file from 150mb to 700mb
 
Someone needs to donate in order to get an invite and it's not cheap. No trading is allowed either. I don't understand why you won't use BTN. It's not like you have to seed 1:1. For tv packs, you just need to seed for 3 days. If you find seeding at BTN a hassle (upload speed sucks), you won't survive in SCC even if it's the freeleech section.

SCC's freeleech section has tonnes of packs and most of them use seedboxes and you won't win them for sure. Even if you manage to seed back, you'll seed not more than what you expect. Maybe 10mb?

Best is to get a seedbox. You won't have to worry about the seeding time. Seriously, if i were you, I'd go for BTN or freshon.

I have SCC but you have to unpack the gazillion rars and it's a real bitch especially if you're doing tv shows. Unless you have a script to unrar itself of course. Even then, you need twice the space.
 
^ I seed 50GB/day in SCC. It's not really hard if you got a decent server.

Seeding BTN is really easy. I let it seed for few hours, it seeds to 3 or 4 and i delete the torrent. I must admit though SCC general sections are very hard to seed.
