i have paid today to renew my old kimsufi2G .. please renew it asap... as u aint at gmail/gtalk these days , please also let me know how to get live support , as live support is also offline everytime i check :(
 
Anyone know what the deal with these guys is? Is this Enc1ph3r guy still around to contact?

Basically I read this thread and was expecting a normal OVH reseller. So I ordered KS16G with Windows.

When I recieved the details and logged in I found the the installed Windows is pirated (prompts for license key and is unactivated) and further I cannot access the manager area at OVH.ie

Further it's not a fresh installation as it has several application installed that don't come with "vanilla" Windows such as IDM.

No response to support tickets or the 1-800 number on site.

Edit: OK I got a response to my support ticket and the situation was rectified pretty fast: got OVH Manager access so I can reinstall.

So a little hiccup but so far so good. :)

I should point out that they provisioned me in under 6 hours with the first instance (albeit that I had to reinstall).
