thats why the speeds for the hotfile is less

you need usa server for hotfile speeds... but you wouldn't get rapidshare, fileserve and other file hosting speed in usa

usa provides speed to 10% file hosting and germany server provides speed to 90% file hosting

Although it is never black and white like that. Was surprised that on my offshore RDP I couldn't DL from Hotfile Premium (the IP is banned). But I could download as a free user with 6-7MBs.
