I got an e-mail from google today, saying that we will give your information as per the subpoena.
1. I was using the mail of that google account for content removal requests on my porn site. only these requests and of course because it was public mail, so random people were sending +18 content etc. to share, but I did not share any of them. and all of these +18.
2. yes, I was stupid enough to use gmail, but I have been using it for years and I never thought that it would cause a problem because I fulfill any request coming to the e-mail.
3. What I don't understand is why my google account information? they can access the host or domain if they want. if the problem caused site.
4. the sender of the subpoena is a federal court in the USA, I am not a USA citizen and I don't live there. and I also don't think I have done anything criminal.
5. has anyone experienced something like this? what should i do? google says if you don't send us a formal subpoena within 7 days we will give them your information.
6. what should i do? i mean like i said i didn't commit a crime. it's a niche site where i share amateur porn that is on the internet. it's 8 years old. there is an age warning on the site login, there is a contact email and there is no underage content whatsoever.
7. Maybe %10-20 possible let say it is for non-consensual content, but I respond to every request mail I receive, and the site language is not even English. so I have fulfilled every request of people until today.
8. What do you think this is caused by and what do you suggest I do?
