Now some hosts like Filemoon StreamWish and more. It is a scam

If your site has 15-60k traffic per day. You can purchase domain and vps to host your videos.

Now I bought Vps from vultr at $160 per month, I know this is very high. But you can buy from Bluehost and Hostinger

that's minimum VPS Specifications.
CPU: For video transcoding, a multi-core processor is preferred (8 vCPUs or more)
RAM: Aim for at least 16 GB of RAM.
Storage: Use SSD for faster I/O. and how many storage. that's for your site needs. My all videos on my site is 2TB
Bandwidth: Ensure your VPS offers enough bandwidth for streaming and downloading.
