Strategy for using different ad networks on website

Hello, I am new and I do not understand a few things.
I want to start a website and then place ads there. I want to place CPC, CPM and maybe pop ads.

I want to use google adsense, and also a few other ad networks. But is that possible?
I want to use adsense for either CPC or CPM (not sure), and also some other ad network for CPM and maybe pop ups. Will that work, and does google adsense allow using more than 1 ad network at the same time?

I know that content is needed, to get more traffic. As I understand adsense looks at how much traffic a site has, and how long it is online.. But I am talking about once there is traffic, if I can use multiple ad networks, for example CPM from adsense and CPM from some other advertiser..?

This is allowed in most cases, but your incoming traffic will also be divided into x2 advertising campaigns.

I Think You should try every network step by step and you get the perfect result which one is best for your CPC or CPM based model advertising.
