Storage for video file hosting

Hello, I've already built my website it is a video sharing website with API + FTP support,

1. it support 480p, 720p, 1080p, 4K videos.
2. anti-adblock.
3. anti-copy.
4. host-restriction.

I only need advice how can I go about the storage? I've already implemented support for both horizontal and vertical scaling, where and how can I get the storage I need without a lot of cash at first? The website currently in beta testing it has around 20+ users currently the videos are stored in telegram
