Site received a "Major spam problems" from Google

Has anyone received the same notification email from Google? Once clicked on Reconsideration Request button, it says pure spam. I have no idea what's going on! The only thing I could think of is, recently I've restored a site backup from old domain and that one is indexed and Google is seeing 2 domains with the exact same content, theme, etc.

The site could be infected, you will need to scan entire website contents and make sure they are clean.

The Older backup may be infected. You can scan the entire account with Antimalware or antivirus programs.

2 years ago I got a similar problem with an wordpress template downloaded on warez sites that download some spam codes

You may need to check your website javascript code. maybe it will infected by any spam code.

The same email I get every second day from my Hosting provider but when I check the issue or use any spam checker tool, the site is clean & nothing spam related links there.
Can Anyone please let us know what should I do.
