I purchased the XVideosharing script expecting a smooth installation and decent customer support, but unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing so far.
It has been one week and my installation is still pending. The support response is extremely slow, and getting even a basic issue addressed takes far too long. When you purchase a paid script, you expect the installation process and customer support to be handled in a reasonable timeframe.
They charging money for everything it's ok but we expect the support on time after payment but poor and extremely slow support can make the overall experience frustrating, especially when you are waiting to get your website up and running.
