service similar to cloudflare?

Hello.

Currently cloudflare is having problems and is giving data or personal information to third parties and for that reason I want to disassociate myself from cloudflare and its dns services etc.

My question is if you know of another service similar to cloudflare that is cheap and that ignores the dmca or that does not provide information to third parties?
