I´ve got this error already 2 times but they answer my tickets within 2-3 hours and the server was back online.

Well a day later of downtime he finally forwarded my issue and 2 hours later my server was back online.
The removal of both my tickets was simply by mistake as they where clearing out alot of spam tickets they get.

So everything seems good now! Lets hope it stays this way, Vishal is really nice to talk with at skype so i'll give them another chance

I read before on this thread that some were dissatisfied with its services, understand it. But, i can only say that it is one man who is as we all bone and blood and trying to satisfy everyone. And as we know that it is a bit difficult because many do not think that he is a simple man, and that it can happen to be absent due to illness or some other private or work commitments.

Had a server with these guys for several months. Amassed a lot of data on it over this time. I ended up buying my own server and having it colocated somewhere closer to home for other reasons. Anyways, my server didn't get setup until the day after my bill had come due, and my serversoft server was supposed to be cut off. These guys at Serversoft worked with me, and got me a few days extension on the server that I had rented from them so that I could move my vital data from the serversoft server to my new personal server. Was a big help for them to get me an extra few days without making me pay for another entire month that I would not use. Thanks man!
