Very, in the dark here.They are leaving us hanging in here, why can't they just tell us that our VPS is gone and there's no way for them to recover it. I really feel bad about this, a web hosting company should always be prepared for intrusions like this, they should at least backup everything even once a week. I dropped them emails and support tickets but still no clarity on what really happened. They also say that they can't "directly" recover vps, so does that mean there's still a possibility to recover it? It's very unclear..
