Send Wordpress posts to Twitter plugin?

Hi,
I'm looking for a Wordpress plugin that send posts to Twitter. It should have this functions:

1) Automatically send post to twitter, when it's posted.
2) The tweet must have thumbnail of the post
3) The plugin has function to automatically promote old posts (optional)

if you want it to auto post for 1 account if you want in more than account in the site you need to buy it

just use jetpack plugins for wordpress. i personally use jetpack.for my porn site WatchMovieZZ | Free HD Premium Porn . it automatically post wordpress post to facebook. twitter, google+ , thumnail/ post featured image must be greater than 400px hight and width..
