Search Box works very slow - often throws 500 internal error

Hello,

My website is - http://elitiko.com/
When you type something in search box, it very often loads too long, and at the end throws 500 internal error.

Error log from cpanel:

It is very hard to say based on the information provided. I can say it seemed to search and load ok for me.

Do you regularly repair/optimise your database? That would be one thing to look at.
