script converting video to Multiple qualities

I want you to create a script that works on converting any video I upload, whether it was a Full 1080p HD or just 720p to Multiple qualities such as: 360p , 480p , 720p , 1080p.
And I want that to happen automatically after I upload that video using that Script. Also I want the link to be "Embed" so I can use it immediately in my website, knowing that the video player attached to it would be "JWPlayer".

I will be provide a server to install this script.
