Depends on what method you want to be scrapping the data from (RSS feed? for example), and if you actually want to pay for the plugin or not. I presume you probably don't.
One scrapper that I use to use many years ago was called WPRobot.
It was quite good and it done everything automatically that I needed it to do. I remember it being a bit of a pain to set up and troubleshoot, but once I had solved all the niggily bits, it was perfect.
I see that it's A LOT of money now. It wasn't anywhere near that expensive when I purchased it.
