Yeah it was down but they bought the new server and shifted sites there.
and now Main site of this host also working.
I like this host still :)

when you first opened my new account, i uploaded my files and i could reach my site at once. However now i can't actually reach my site again, it's not down because i can see it when using a proxy from the US.

what has happened and when will i be able to reach my site again from my own pc ??

same for scorpiohost i can't reach it from my isp but can via proxy.

I mean i could reach it on the new ip straight away before (2days ago) so it should not have been needing to change again right??
 
Probably you are blocked by the firewall for some reason.

Email your ip to us and we will unban the ip.
