We have submitted our company documents on 23rd . As its christmas Webmoney are taking long time to process the company verification .

Your VPS was getting very high loads . You need to start the VPS from solusvm control panel. Check the issue you are facing.

You ordered Unmanaged VPS Service with kloxo control panel. We are not held responsible for your VPS overloading or getting constant DDOS attacks or if one of your scripts or plugins are taking such high resource , Also we cannot determine the security of your website with free control panel installed .
As you admitted by yourself that our service was without any issue for 1 month . Suddenly it cant be unstable for you alone . There are other 8 VPS Clients on the same node . None of them are complaining .
If you do not know to manage the VPS . Then you cannot blame the provider for it .
We never asked you to pay extra for backup or overloading . Our technical staff recommended you Management service as you were not able to manage it .

We sincerely apologize for the delay in shippment . As you were informed on regular bases that we were immediately out of stocks . Because of high bulk orders .
Our datacenter did a great job by shipping 5 servers within 24hours and we needed 6hours to setup all the servers for VPS Services.
