I don't know man, I made hundres of transactions with random people on internet and never had any problem. But these are awfull reasons not to install it/ tell me how to do it

After he woke up he told me he needs 2 more hours so he finish breakfast and other things. I said ok. Then he didn't answered my messages.

I've contacted him on wjunction and he said his paypal account was limited and can't do the install. What? WHY? I have paid for that shit. Its totaly encrypted and can't be installed, i've tried and it says i have to buy the part two of the script.

You can't make a dispute on here for sure as admins couldn't care less about this forum. It's dead PayPal is your only hope!
 
It appears the OP has 2 accounts to sell the script, I have sent him a PM if he doesn't reply he will be banned & I have closed his threads.

I recommend opening a dispute right away for not receiving goods, if his PayPal has been limited you will be refunded.

@Tango you need to limit users to have at least XXX posts and XX months registered here so they can sell their products. Right now he can just re-register and do it all over again...
