How can I upload? Nothing happens when I tap those Menu icons.

We have web upload, API, FTP, and remote upload.
And by “menu icons” do you mean “dashboard”, “upload” “file manager” etc.? (On the left side)

Yep. Select multiple files and click “Export/share links” and you’ll get the embed code for every file you selected

Update: Looks like we are back up and running.
We will 2x increase our rates for a few hours. Let us know when would be an ideal time for us to do this.

We can easily add that. Just haven’t gotten a request for it. Any other payment methods you’d recommend we add?
Unfortunately, uploading with ZOOM still does not work.

Yeaah, they broke the upload, and they have been stuck with this problem for over a week. I don’t want to risk using this host since it fails at the most important function, uploading and generating links so I’m removing it from my list. The host seems unreliable and inexperienced, which is not a good sign for long-term cooperation. Good luck, SaveFiles.

We’ve been making changes to our entire infrastructure. Instead of fixing our api for the current infrastructure, we’re focusing on just updating to the current backend as quick as possible
Other method of uploads still work if you’re able to use that for now….
@miclaz and @boser I’ll PM you both when our api (zoom) is working again with our new setup

hello, you don't have the option to copy adress url, how to copy the link from the account, all the hosts have this implemented in yours, it doesn't appear
Likewise, you can click the file once, and it will open it up in a new tab.

Quick update:
We're making some massive infrastructure changes and are changing the entire website. This will cut down on costs, so that we can increase rates.
The developers are going to continue working over the weekend to get it launched early next week. If you want to save your files, you need to download them before Monday.
