Crypto S: Payment Gateway Creditcard To Bitcoin

Hello I'm looking for an uncomplicated credit card payment processor which offers a CC Payment Gateway and payout in Bitcoin.

As example:
I offer a web hosting service and my customer will pay via credit card.
But instead of getting money in USD, I will get Bitcoins.
I will not force my customers to buy bitcoins first. Better would be the payment processor act as exchange service and send me bitcoins.
