Recommend me App that thumbnails Movies & Uploads the images

Hi im looking for a Movie Thumbnailer that makes the thumbnails ,automatically uploads to image host and finally gives u links of the images ready to paste.

Its really time-consuming to copy paste image links 1 by 1..

I searched and i found Snap IMG v2 Info but all download links are dead.
