thnks all of u for ur suggestions.
i have removed the flash clock +tell ur friend widget.

Note: today i got a strange problem. when i clicked on categories older posts i got 404 error.It was strange but the fix was also dam weird.what i did was tat i changed the default "blog shown" option from 10 to 5 and it worked. it seems that wp does like the default value.
