I am not asking to raise rewards nor to switch some poor country to Tier A, what I am asking for is reasonable.

I understand why hosts do this but I have money trapped on many affiliate networks and it's a sucker punch. If a user decides to leave you he will leave you. Trapping a few bucks will not keep me from leaving if I don't like it.

Hope for you to agree.

Why should we take your $ 5 if we have long-term benefits from your work? That's not logical.
