PayPal to Entropay ... Exchange $ to € Problem

Hello there;
i have a PayPal Account and it's in $; and added a virtual card to it,from Entropay account which also in $ and even the card.
My problem is in every 1st month; paypal convert the amount into € and send it to my Entropay Card, so the second exchange to the amount from € to $ to be added into my Balance; and i'm loosing money after each operation exemple :

152,40 $ USD = 119,13 € EUR
1 USD = 0,78 EUR

Total USD 144.66

SO FROM 152.40 IN PAYPAL TO 144.66 IN ENTROPAY.

i did send for the both site support, and still no clear answer, is this normal ???!!!

never heard of entropay. whats the result of this?
