Trading is restricted in Thailand.
if i just want to get money
From making money from the website to deposit files and download in this
I can still earn
Can I have it again?
because I focus on bank transfers in Thailand
I don't want to make it difficult to apply for another website.

Thailand has been blocked from PayPal.
You can use payoneer as an alternative for fiverr.
For everything else you need a launderer, someone who can receive in PayPal and pay out via SCB bank accounts.

PayPal have made no suggestion of reversing this decision.
