I did buy for a guy a design for my wordpress site

my issue he want to send him money via paypal

and paypal does nt accept my country

so i wanna know if there is a solution

a company that i can use my cc to pay via paypal

Look into payza or just do a simple google search for merchants that allow your country.

If your country offers "Green Dot" cards, you can easily add it to that and transfer the funds to your Paypal account. What prepaid card options are available in your country?
