Hi all!

Wow, I am overwhelmed at the response! You guys are great.

I discovered that what I actually have is not a dedi server, but is a dedi slot of 3TB on a shared server...so I cannot have desktop software or anything else I need installed on it. So that has been canceled and refunded and now I am back to looking for a new totally dedicated server.

As soon as I find one, I will post again. Sorry to have taken your time without being sure of what I had.

And if anyone can recommend a great dedi server with root access, at least 3TB storage, and at least a 100mbps speed I'd like to hear.

Depends on location but if you aim for budget dedi providers, we have a few nodes with OVH (Canada, France) and Hetzner (Germany)
