Now videos working fine for IPV6 and IPV4

torrent uploads not working with either torrent file or magnet url

I uploaded a .torrent (2.4GB) ... was done well and fast but it only put the sample (6.1MB) in my videos area.
Also tried a second one ... only a sample of 1.05 min
I seems it doesn't work well with 'rarred'private torrents. The non-private one was ok.
And you might finetune your encoding ... the original was 273MB, after encoding 317MB. The 720p quality was good though.
The encoding takes quite a while. Maybe you can ignore encoding for mp4 files. If so, I would use you as my first host.
