I'm looking at buying an offshore to host 3 sites On vBulliten 3.8.7 and two IPB 3.1
The vBulliten site needs a Inferno shoutbox which can be demanding on cpu so i need a reliable host, the two ipb sites shouldn't hold much traffic so they shouldn't be to much of a demand, I'm looking at paying $15.
Any suggestions?
