Its under investigation now, so i cant tell yet. Some people wants tricks with hosting and after denied and refunded we getting shit.

im hosted with them for a project of mine, and i like it alot, only thing is the server issue right now. other then that, it is great and cheap.
im sure the server will be up soon enough.
