Don't be retarded Spooky. We, users on WJunction, when saying "offshore" we mean type of hosting where is illegal stuff allowed.

And I can assure you that Germany has one of the best Cyber laws in the World, even better than those from USA.

They don't allow illegal stuff, neither they will. Just wait and see, if you don't trust me why the fuck you don't contact the goddamn owners of those Datacenters, and ask them about Germany laws?

Illegal stuff is 'kinda' allowed in China, Russia, Ukraine, Bosnia, and those other countries, that don't have still cyber laws. But soon, every country will have STRONG CYBER LAWS.

Actually, the real meaning of offshore hosting is hosting off the shore of your country of residence. But it's generally used as out of USA and here as warez linking, RL, TF, RDP and the like hosting.
