Njalla and Epik used to get named in these lists too, worth checking before anyone copies the list blindly. The part that actually bites isnt the registrar anyway, its the TLD registry: .us or most ccTLDs will pull a domain regardless of who you registered with. Stick to .com/.net/.xxx and keep the whois privacy on.
