Let's illustrate it like this:

1) day 1 : you use 24 GB / 25 GB Daily limit = nothing happens. reset 24 hour > move on to the next day.

2) day 2: You purchase 100 GB extension. you use 25/25 GB daily... and download 5 GB more = Daily limit reached. 95GB extension remains.

3) day 3 : you download 10/25GB daily = nothing happens, 95 GB extension remains.

4) day 4: you use 25/25 GB daily... download 10 GB more = Daily limit reached. 85 GB extension remains.

Imagine it is like a battery for your phone, yes?

It runs out, but you plug in an extension battery that is being used

once the primary battery is drained. If you charge the primary battery

it stops using the extra one but it is still drained to a certain point once you want to use it again (THE EXTRA BATTERY).
