I have a new suggestion for wj and my suggestion is that a user must be given the option to enable and disable chat from the homepage :D

You can hide the shoutbox if you want to.

^^ That hides it and doesn't disable it completely so it still has an effect on your browser load wise however small it is. If you want you can just block the javascript with your firewall that loads the shoutbox which will prevent the browser load too.
