Need Wordpress AutoPoster/importer/blog.

I heard there are lot of free/paid plugins, but dont know which one to trust.
My requirement is,
I have wordpress blog, need to post the content automatically from other blogs(wordpress, if possible others), without my presence.

Is that possible?
