Need help about Categories for Wordpress

Hi everyone, I am not sure what is exactly, I just can explain what i want at Categories wiget:

I need to have a Categories like this:

In homepage, the categories wiget only shows main categories: "Plugins, Themes, Mobile, Ideas, Kvetch!"
But when I click to "Themes", it will show Sub Categories: Commercial, More Info, Contact Us

Which plugin i should use?

What you want is the main page you have you categories and when you click on one of them your sub categories shows up?
