So bad hosting ! Dont use, important

Hi All ,
This is So bad Hosting ,
i was using more than 5 months with this host (VPS)
then i was under DDoS Attack , they dont protect me or offer me about DDoS protection , and then SUSPEND my server and never open it ,
i Lost all of my users, i lost my business
they play with their users business and their users not important for their!
support is so baaad , i have more than 10 open tickets not answered
