A: No, we are not a reseller.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Absolutely! Keep in mind that due to VAT, prices may differ if you're outside of the US.
Q: What if I need more diskspace or bandwidth?
A: Both diskspace and bandwidth can be increased, either at the point of order through configurable options, or as an upgrade afterwards.
Q: Do you have Windows-hosting?
A: We do not currently offer Windows hosting.
Q: Are there any hidden fees?
A: There are no hidden fees at all. All prices are listed as is on the website, and during checkout.
Q: Can I buy a domain name from you?
A: You can. We offer the most popular top level domain extensions.
Q: Do you do regular backups?
A: We perform daily backups of all data.
Q: Can I use my SSL certificate?
A: Yes, you can. Due to SNI, you also won't need a dedicated IP for it. If you don't have a certificate, you can also buy those from us.
Q: Do you offer Dedicated IP's?
A: We do offer dedicated IP's at an added cost.
Q: Do you offer custom packages?
A: We do not offer custom packages - however, we're confident that we have a solution for just about anyone! All packages can be configured with added diskspace or bandwidth.
