Looking for a plugin that can Copy/Update posts and pages from one site to the other sites.
similar to this one: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-multisite-content-copier/

I think using wp-api + cron can do the job but I haven't tried it yet and i'm also using acf so i can't access it using wp-api.

any suggestion/tips is much appreciated.

i don't think there's any plugin for this

you have to manually code it using wp-api then use cron insert the data
