Well Servers in USA allow Warez Linking & Adult Porn, but not Uploading of Warez Files and Porn on the Server
So it would be better that you get a VPS,

On a China Server, they dont give a Hell About Piracy, Warez, Nulled Scripts, Porn etc :p

No US based service will allow anything closely related to piracy. There was one DC in the US which did allow all this, but was recently shutdown because of its upstream carriers.
