Looking for a script like this free or cheaper (social bookmarking)

Hi wjunction users, i want to start a webpage where registered users can post articles and other users can rating it by up voting or down voting.

This is the script i want:

I know is not very expensive but i want to see if there are more options like this, this script has almost all i want, i would add a "reply comment" system and rate comment system, i think i can add it by my self later...

i found also pligg but i read its hard to modify and more expensive, besides, this one has better design in my opinion.

Well guys do you know scripts similar to this one?
