Looking for a 'buying bandwidth' script

I'm looking for a script where member can buy fixed bandwidth to download files from server. Example, a member pay $5 for 50 GB bandwidth so they can download any files within 50 gb bandwidth quota. If they had finished the quota, they can't download anymore and have to buy bandwidth again. Payment gateway should be skrill or payza since paypal restricted my country to receive money.
