I never said my language skills are perfect. But seeing Jeff making constant basic mistakes is really annoying (do you gave <-?). There were many other examples in the past.I'm not judging anyone, Jeff seems to be really nice and helpful guy but as for someone providing international support it would really look better and more professional with quite good language skills - especially english which is the easiest language in the world to learn.
