i was wondering if there was a easy way to create a skin because i want to make one for my forum

Sorry for double posting but i really wanna know how to do this so i can make the forum the same as the new site comming soon

You need to know ps/html/css in short there is no easy way.

thats good i know all 3 :P well i no enough css :P so ill be okey with all that, which is the easiest way do you think?
