Here's a simple guide for users who want to connect to Remote Desktop.

Goto Start - Run - Type "mstsc.exe"
Enter IP and login details.

You have successfully logged in to your RDP now.
 
Hello, i am in a vpn, i can connect with RDP and my vpn is active?

edit : For now, no work i have this: "the logon attempt to fail"

Every day I find the closed my rdp session!

Please do not reboot every day my rdp

in this way stop multiple processes active in my rdp:

-Big rar process
-torrent download
-Idm download
etc..

and I have to restart all rar process....:facepalm:

Edit: What happened to your support now? why we have to wait more than 6 hours for your response?

I just checked all the servers are up at the moment.

There is some delay is ticket responses because we are training few support tech to cover night shift for InstantRDP.
 
Thats good that you replied here atleast but i am having a very strange problem this time and the problem is oron.com is not accessible on my NL RDP.

I am having a glitch if a new support will be able to sort out or not.

Please fix this as i have already made a ticket regarding this and one more thing why there is a flash and java updates are notifiying me on a system tray and i am unable to update it because of no rights to update it.

Please reply me and fix these problems. I need to upload and oron is down on my RDP and only the owner can sort this problem.

Edit Edit:- Problem has been taken care of by Setu. Great Support and everything been done what i have requested for it. Setu you saved my $12 thanks so much bro..
