There are lots of ways to move your existing WP installation to a new domain. One is through internal WP move, another is through cPanel Export and Import. You can try one of those and you're good to go.
First you have to add new NS records to your new domain then login to your hosting panel(cpanel, webmin, directadmin, kloxo or whatever HP you're using) and generate full backup of your old site after that go to phpmyadmin and export your database file.
Now you will have your site backup+db file. Now you can use ftp or direct upload function on your hosting panel and import it to a new domain.
This is very simeple. no need any plugins.
Just backup files, database. upload to other domain.
After you import database to new site, change option in table wp_options
home, site url to new domain.
