Firstly its PayPal.
Secondly, Admin doesn't mail regarding such cases of 1 in millions of its customers.

Wow

When you get emails like this, its best to check the sender out. With an email like that, 100% fake haha. If you are using live/hotmail you can report as phishing scam. This helps the noobs out there that would actually reply back to this email.

Report it to PayPal by forwarding the e-mail to spoof@paypal.com. Then, proceed to delete it from your inbox immediately.

Also PayPal (and other institutions, banks etc) will address you by name, not "Dear member/customer"
