I want to add menu under site logo,remove widget section from post(increase the post width) or center post area

Remove widget section from post and page(increase the post width) and center post title.
Only this left

Add this to your styles file:

.title {
margin: 0 auto;
width: 50%;
}

then change this:

.container .eleven.columns {
width: 640px;
}

to this:

.container .eleven.columns {
width: 100%;
}

You should also remove that excessive space between the images.
